高低温试验箱与恒温恒湿箱的区别在哪里呢

高低温试验箱与恒温恒湿箱的区别 
      环境试验设备行业的设备种类比较多,高低温试验箱与恒温恒湿试验箱为做环境试验的两种不同设备,就外观来看,他们没有什么大的却别,其所作试验却相差甚大,恒温恒湿试验箱和高低温试验箱有什么区别?


      一、定义区别:


      1. 只做高温和低温的不做湿度,直接就叫高低温试验箱。也可叫“高低温交变试验箱”。


      2. 要做高温和低温,同时要可做湿度,进行循环的,我们叫高低温湿热交变试验箱,恒温恒湿箱等。


      一般的恒温恒湿试验箱都能做“湿热交变试验”但取决于你所做的交变试验条件,如果你是想购买设备,在你购买设备前应该告知供应商你的要求。以便设备能按照你的要求进行设计和调试。




      高低温湿热试验箱:一般温度会到-20度或者更低,且可以做湿度(只限制15~85度)。湿热交变试验主要是:在某个时间段,温度保持不变湿度按照你设定的变化速率进行试验,或反之。也有的试验要求温度和湿度按照设定的速率同时变化。一般的恒温恒湿试验是温度先到达后才控制湿度。


二、原理区别:


      高低温试验箱制冷工作原理:制冷循环采用逆卡若循环,该循环由两个等温过程和两个绝热过程组成,其过程如下:制冷剂经压缩机绝热压缩到较高的压力,消耗了的功使排气温度升高,之后制冷剂经冷凝器等温地和四周介质进行热交换将热量传给四周介质。后制冷剂经截流阀绝热膨胀做功,这时制冷剂温度降低。最后制冷剂通过蒸发器等温地从温度较高的物体吸热,使被冷却物体温度降低。

恒温恒湿箱的温度范围通常分成0℃~180℃、-20℃~180℃、-40℃~180℃、-70℃~180℃这四个范围,通常情况下是为试验箱能够实现的温度越低、温度范围越广,试验设备的价格也就越高,因为需要试验的温度越低,厂家制造设备的难度也就越高。不过如果以上四个温度范围不能满足样品试验的需求,也可以找生产厂家定制需要的温度范围。不过厂家也会因为生产成本的增加以及制作难度而提高设备价格。
